All nine essential commodities hold national cover above the 14-day line. The weakest island is Exuma, where cement at 11 days binds first, followed by lpg at 14 days. LPG carries the highest single-supplier exposure in the essentials book at 92% importer concentration. Every scheduled feeder sailing is running.

Importer concentration
Share of each commodity held by its largest importer. Concentration is a structural exposure — it does not move with the climate.
Above 85% a single importer's delay is a national event; between 70% and 85% it is a shortage on the smaller islands first. Status is stated as a label in the drawer for every commodity.
